This small booklet strives to facilitate getting started with slinging. It explains how a Balearic-style sling can be made, based on a tutorial by Ian MacDougall (see https://slinging.org/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1382647725), discusses different kinds of sling projectiles and presents some training excercises. Furthermore, the correct use of the sling is explained by taking the example of the overhand sling style. The booklet is available as PDF file at the following link: Die Schleuder.pdf.
